WAYS TO SOLVE MORE STATE DEMANDS IN COUNTRY

1. DECENTRALISATION OF POWERS BY EMPOWERING PNCHAYATS,ZILLA PARISHADS MUNICIPALITIES/CORPORATIONS WITH POWERS AS PER CONSTITUTION.
it puts govt in front of people. govt at statelevel will be a facilitator only, for everything people will look at panchayat system only, so self rule is fulfilled, more problems are solved at grassroot level, people will understand everyhting in governance and will not believe politicians words like KCR...separatism becomes weakest of weakest.

2. EVOLVING A TOUGH STANDARD PROCEDURE FOR FORMATION OF NEW STATE/STATES.
now every selfish leader is starting movement for new state where ever they have power or strength and creating political un stability and darkness from development point of view. the coalition politics opened doors with safe passage for these local leaders. this should be checked by evolving tough, standard procedure for forming new state. now as per article.3. state can be formed by simple majority in parliament with out wishes of state assembly. KCR is asking for this action, in a democratic country it is not possible, this provision was made only to give absolute control to central govt on its territory to check separatism, but not to use for political interests, already states like Jharkhand, Chattisgarh, Uttarakhand were create on political grounds, these states are experiencing its consequences. the procedure should be such that it must discourage new state aspirations for all practical purposes.

3. PLANNING COMMISSION COMING UP WITH REFINED PLANS TO BALANCE REGIONAL IMBALANCES.
india is now having money power, it has to be used to fill regional backwardness, india has no money till 1992, it used existing limited money judiciaously to get optimal results to meet country demand as a whole, now situation is changed. instead of going for popular unproductive schemes it should come forward with short term, long term plans to correct regional imbalances

4. political agreements

5. awareness campaign in people
